In your day and night seemingly endless web-surfing on your desktop/laptop/mobile device to look into the Internet, have you ever wondered about “how does the Internet see you?” Persona’s Project is an application which allows you to peek into that question.

Now that I have successfully picked your interest, read below for the blurb exerpted from the offical website of Persona’s Project. It is simple to use (just type in your first and last name) and the result may be visually intriguing.

What is Personas?

“Personas is a component of the Metropath(ologies) exhibit,      originally on display at the MIT Museum by the      Sociable Media Group from the MIT Media Lab. It has been shown in 7 exhibits around the world since, from Peru to Italy.      It uses sophisticated natural language processing      and the Internet to create a data portrait      of one’s aggregated online identity.  In short, Personas      shows you how the Internet sees you”.
